Meet the Team
Our Founders, Rashmita and Karan come from two different professional worlds of consulting and business. In early 2022, they bonded over Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School (Online) which gave birth to the idea of disrupting traditional consulting and professional services – introducing Sales & Partnerships as a Service, the first of its kind.
Karan Narang
Founder
Karan is a seasoned executive with a rich background spanning over 20 years building businesses and strategic alliances across diverse industries. Karan has repeatedly built high-performing cross-functional teams, spearheading several revenue-generating partnerships on behalf of a number of emerging startups as well as a Top 5 Fortune 100 Global Insurance Carrier, collectively yielding over $75M in projected new business revenue. Karan has founded 3 startup ventures prior to inSPaaS and has successfully brought to market products and services on behalf of a number of young startups throughout his career.
Rashmita DasChaudhuri
Co-Founder & President
Rashmita is a global executive with 15 years of strategic consulting experience in infrastructure. She is adept in building strong client relationships within state and local government, public higher education and health institutions, as well as private enterprise clients like Amazon amongst others, while delivering exceptional results bringing a number of complex project lifecycles collectively worth over $3B to completion. Rashmita built her foundation in the industry with hands on experience managing high profile P3 projects at the world’s leading infrastructure consulting firms and a Fortune 500 prior to co-founding inSPaaS.
